Are you finished shopping yet for everyone on your list? The pressure is on, y’all! I am so close to being done…so close!
This year I’ve done 99% of my shopping online because it is just so easy, plus as an Amazon Prime member I love getting my purchases in two days. I did some shopping at Amazon Handmade, and it’s basically heaven you guys. If you love giving handmade, unique gifts and supporting artisans and small businesses, you will want to check out Amazon Handmade.
Many of the Amazon Handmade items are available with Prime shipping (hooray for last minute shopping!), and the overall selection is amazing on there for all you Amazon lovers. I spent quite a bit of item looking through the Amazon Handmade home decor offerings, and I finally chose my two most favorite items to buy that I think are perfect for any home decor lover this holiday season.
As soon as I saw this millennial pink eyelash mug by Sweet Water Decor, I knew I had to have it, and I also know it’d be a hit with nearly any female or girl boss in your life. It can be used as a coffee mug, but I may use it as a vase come this spring or even use it to hold my pretty pens and pencils on my desk.
The mug is high quality, a gorgeous shade of pink, and the eyelash design is so on-trend right now. It came packaged exceptionally well, and it was on my doorstep in two days via Amazon Prime.
The other item I chose is a handmade chinoiserie inspired pillow cover by Chloe & Olive that has a beautiful pagoda pattern on it in a classic linen and blue color combo. This will match great in anyone’s decor thanks to its neutral palette, but it’ll look especially beautiful in a home with lots of ginger jars and blue/white decor.
I love how the seller took extra care to make the presentation really beautiful.
You can also see the craftsmanship and attention to detail– the way they attached the tag so that scissors wouldn’t be needed. I notice these things as a former seller of handmade goods online, and these things really add a special touch for holiday gift giving.
The pillow cover itself is STUNNING and screams high-end decor with its linen type finish.
The pattern is perfectly matched up on both sides. I couldn’t be happier. I stuffed a pillow form in there and was ready to go. It looks fabulous on my new sofa.
Both of these items would make a happy and welcome addition into anyone’s home this holiday season, so think of Amazon Handmade when you’re shopping in the next few weeks. You just might find the perfect gift and you’ll know you’re supporting a small business owner (while still having all the Amazon shopping perks).
There’s a lot of custom items on there, too, that would be great gifts for those who got married, bought a house, had a baby or other milestone events. Or this fabulous personalized rolling pin that any baker would love! (Seriously, how fun is that?!)
So last week was all about decor on the blog (catch up and read about my Christmas tree, holiday house tour, and cozy/glam dining space), but this week is all about gift and entertaining/hosting ideas, and I hope you’ll stop by and check out the awesome goodies at Amazon Handmade.
What do you think of my picks? Would you love these in your home?
